    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As an Educational Consultant, you will act as an ambassador for SmartR in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs through the use of the SmartR’s Sales methodology. Your job responsibilities will include:

    • Contacting potential customers via telesales, email and face-to-face presentations
    • Establishing strong daily work routine to maximise sales activities and channels 
    • Attending training and coaching sessions that are organised for the role
    • Completing administrative tasks related to signing students’ contracts with customers with a high level of care
    • Providing excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction
    • Nurturing long-term relationships and build trust to maximize referrals and renewals
    • Running events and support other departments
    • Updating sales reports as requested by the Business Development Manager

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 02-year working experience in Education or a related field
    • Vietnamese speaker with a university/college degree 
    • Professional appearance and attitude
    • Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese 
    • Clear voice on the phone and in person 
    • Able to present idea convincingly with a high level of energy over an extended period of time
    • Strong at building trust and providing high quality customer service
    • Interested in inspiring and motivating people
