    Viet Tan Co., Ltd is registered as a Limited Company under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The company has been established in 2000 in Vung Tau City (South Vietnam’s Oil & Gas capital) to serve Vietnam’s rapid economic and industrial expansion.

     

    With our young sourcing and trading team, Viet Tan serves and targets the Offshore Construction Companies in the Oil and Gas sector and other related Maritime industries.
    Our business also includes supporting OEM’s and trading houses to meet the strict tender requirement in Vietnam.
    We are seeking for the competence candidates for these position: SENIOR SALES ENGINEER: 02 Male and 02 Female.

    Job Description

    • Searching, going to see new potential customers.
    • Do the market research and analysis to find out the opportunities providing product, system and solution and follow up all projects in processing industries.
    • Build up the relationship with the new customer as well as promote the strong relationship with existing customers to get the relative information from project, consultancies, engineering contractors, EPC and/or sub-contractor etc.
    • Going out to see customers.
    • Following up tenders proposals.
    • Being a great sales person, reporting directly to director.
    • Carrying out other tasks when assigned
    • Studying and researching the technical documents in Invitation to Bid.
    • Finding inside and outside manufacturers with the best competitive price on internet.
    • Preparing and finishing the bid document (technical and commercial proposal).
    • Purchasing the equipments from inside and outside manufacturers supplying for Oil and Gas Industries: Vietsovpetro, PV Gas, …
    • Negotiating and making a contract by Vietnamese and English form.
    • Progressing the payment: L/C, T/T, Cash in advance…and customs clearance.
    • Storing paper works into the system

    Job Requirement

    • Educational background: Equipment, Material, Mechanical Engineering.
    • Age: 24-32 are preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experiences
    • English skills should be proficient at 4 skills
    • Must possess excellent Vietnamese communication skills
    • Shall be confident with customers at all position including high levels
    • Shall be able to acquire good technical knowledge
    • Confident, dynamic, responsible, and honest
    • Excellent negotiation skill is an advantage
    • Computer skill are essential: MS office applications and mail exchange.
