JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Manager, you will act as an ambassador for SmartR in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs through the use of the SmartR’s Sales methodology. Your job responsibilities will include:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Receive and handle complaints from customers regarding to product quality, delivery time, etc.
- Coordinate with Operations Dept to complete the service and meet the customers’ requirement
- Do tasks assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 02-year working experience in Education or a related field
- Vietnamese speaker with a university/college degree
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Clear voice on the phone and in person
- Able to present idea convincingly with a high level of energy over an extended period of time
- Being able to travel based on job requirement
- Strong at building trust and providing high quality customer service
- Interested in inspiring and motivating people
