Receptionist & Administrative Assistant (temporary Job for 6.5 Months)
- Telephone operator
- Fax in/ out
- Checking/handling with mailing, courier
- Manage the document filing system in office (soft copy, hard copy)
- Manage reception, pantry, office supplies, ordering/buying stationery, accessories, daily commodities, office events and other administrative tasks
(This is temporary position for 6.5 months, starting from 15 May 2018 to 30 November 2018)
- Female under 30 years old; University graduated
- Having around one-year experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hard working and careful.
- Dynamic, professional.
