    Project Manager – Construction Project of Petrol Stations

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Developing petrol station and Investment strategy

    • Planning investment strategy for petrol station
    • Selecting site for petrol station and negotiating with landowners
    • Administrative procedure
    • Getting approval from board member in company
    • Managing investment budget and performance
    • Other tasks assigned by Director

    2. Project management for construction of petrol station

    • Placing an order for construction company
    • Managing the progress and cost of construction
    • Guidance and managing for partner company
    • Other tasks assigned by Director

    Having Managerial expertise, skills, experiences for whole business operations of organization

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Having Knowledge about Construction is Preferable
    • Having at least 03-05 years of working experience in Project Manager Position in Foreign enterprises (Petrol Ones are preferable)
    • Having experience in negotiation with landowners and an administrative organ
    • Language: Good communication in English

    Salary Range: $1000 – $1500 USD per month.
