    Job Descriptions

    – Marketing campaigns

    – Market intelligence

    • Work closely with Sales Executive (SE) & Area Sales Manager (ASM) to go on trade visit & gather market information including consumer insight, industry landscape, competitor activities etc.

    – Visibility.

    • Work closely with SE & ASM to deploy branded shop signboards, deliverymen jackets & trucks
    • Audit to ensure that Totalgaz branding and quality of all materials comply with the brand guideline & reach the right target audience

    – General POSM’s:

    • Work closely with SE & ASM to design/deploy/execute/audit of leaflets, brochures & other POSM for consumers, gas shops, distributors & industrial customers
    • Audit to ensure that Totalgaz branding comply with the brand guideline & reach the right target audience

    – Department cross functional activities:

    • Work closely with ASM in order to provide the incentive trip for distributors to meet the objective & within budget
    • Arrange cross functional meetings, especially the business development brainstorming sessions
    • Connect with Lubricant team for more innovative ideas & cooperation opportunities
    • Develop the Branded Gift Pool for all segments with innovative & consistent look and feel of the brand

    – Others:

    • Involved in ad-hoc projects as and when (Innovation, Others)
    • Be responsible for Marketing contracts archiving (hard copy & My Docs)

    Requirements

    -University graduate in Business (marketing background is a plus)
    -At least 2 years experience in Marketing
    -Effective in communication in both Vietnamese and English
    -Proactive, willing to grow within the Company
    -Able to work under pressure and uncertainties
