Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Business Development Manager / Executive to join our team in Vietnam. This position is an integral part of the IMPAC Group’s Business development cadre and therefore he/she is expected to bring our offerings in the fields of high-value engineering, advisory, and consultancy services to the market within Vietnam / Cambodia.

** Description:

• Identify and develop sales relationship with existing/new-customers within Vietnam and in the Asia Pacific markets;
• Provide customer-specific information to management to facilitate business performance review, evaluation, and budgeting;
• Drive market profiling and key customer/competitor research and analysis;
• Work closely with and monitor the performance of appointed agents; identify and recommend new agents as required for business needs;
• Lead client meetings/ sales visits and present the IMPAC Vietnam and the IMPAC groups capabilities; if necessary coordinate with IMPAC Group of companies ensure delivery of timely and quality service;
• Put together quality proposals to ensure competitive and accurate customer needs are met/review pricing and costing aspects of business proposals;
• Be aware and maintain updated knowledge on the complete IMPAC Groups portfolio of business lines
• Maintain close relationships with other IMPAC BD Managers in the Group and its affiliates
• Ensure accuracy of reports and deliverables

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
• You should have had 6 years of Relevant experience in Oil and Gas/ Offshore, Onshore, (Marine Engineering/industry a plus);
• Be aware of current Vietnamese Contract and tender law
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/ sales in Vietnamese market with established Network in the O&G sector and can provide a proven track record
• Good understanding of onshore/offshore O&G facilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity/ technical software
• Proficient in English written and vocabulary
• Compliant awareness
• Able and willing to travel
• Good health
• Team builder and entrepreneur willing to succeed and drive the business
