Mô tả Công việc

• Support the bid process: compile, edit, and proof read commercial proposals which contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
• Ensure that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all parts of the business.
• Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document.
• Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client’s needs.
• Develop knowledge of business, its products and services by reading and review previous bid and design documents and spending time with pre sales, technical and commercial functions.
• Develop a set of standard templates for less complex bids. Management of all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met.
• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Vietnamese laws on bidding and/or relevant experience.
• Bidding certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both Vietnamese and English
• Analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Good Microsoft office skills

LSP is a joint venture between a Vietnamese partner as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and foreign partners including Vina SCG Chemicals Company Limited, Thai Plastic and Chemicals Public Company Limited for developing the Petrochemical Complex in South Vietnam (Project). We are establishing a petrochemicals complex located on Long Son Island , Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. It will have an annual production of olefins, poly-olefins, chlor – alkali and VCM to supply for domestic and regional demand. All of which will help contribute to the development of Vietnamese industries such as automobile, packaging consumer goods and aluminum. At the present, project is in the phase of land handover and bidding for selection of EPC contractors.
