    Job Description

    CÔNG TY TNHH VARD VŨNG TÀU – BÀ RỊA – VŨNG TÀU, HỒ CHÍ MINH
    Accommodation Team Leader

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

    –  Manage a team of workers in charge of the following works:

    • Install insulation (pins, rockwool, cladding).
    • Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels accommodation bulkheads and ceilings panels.
    • Install on board all accommodation floors (floating floors, vinyl…etc.).
    • Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels all the ship furniture and accommodation equipment (for bathrooms, galleys, bedrooms, lounges…).

    –  Achieve demanding targets in HSE (safety), time keeping and cost, ensuring a world class quality level.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    ** Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor degree within Civil, HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical engineer

    ** Experience Required:

    • Experience in people management and works organization.
    • Experience in high standard accommodation works (4 stars hotels, resorts, etc.)
    • Experience in carpenter works (wood work, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
    • Experience in floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets…etc.).
    • Experience in insulation (rockwool & cladding).

    ** Other Requirements:

    • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
    • Basic computer knowledge and AUTO-CAD basic knowledge.
    • Careful mindset focused on highest quality standard.
