Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configurations.
• Execute local IT projects.
• Level 1 and Level 2 support for problems identified with system and network.
• Assist in liaising with the local vendor for support and project implementation.
• Perform or coordinate system upgrades or troubleshooting as needed.
• Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.
• Maintain existing LAN equipment, including switches, routers, and servers.
• Assist in identifying, diagnose and resolve network problems including network connectivity, traffic utilization.
• Provide infrastructure services in all areas needed: operating system, network security, directory services and server virtualization
• Harmonize all the processes with Bunge Asia and aligning the top process from global in the infrastructure area.
• Assist Senior Network and infrastructure leader in performing technical and cost analysis to prepare for any CAPEX planning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and project management.
• Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.

Technical Requirement

• Over five years of IT experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and work with various customers and management levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory and Lotus Notes 8/9
• Vmware experience in the multi-tenanted environment.
• Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.x-10
• Apple iOS Device / Airwatch MDM
• Working knowledge of bandwidth management tools such as RiverBed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and managing virtual teams comprised of internal & external resources
• Detail oriented person with superior problem-solving ability.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to various stakeholders
• Excellent ability to write and read English. Mandarin knowledge also preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.

Bunge Vietnam has commenced construction within the Phu My Port complex of a $100 million integrated soybean processing plant, the first of its kind in Vietnam. The facility will have soybean crushing and multi-oil refining/bottling capabilities with the 3000-tons-per-day crushing line with related flat and vertical storage for raw materials and end products.

The plant will be located on ten hectares within the Phu My 1 Industrial zone in the Tan Thanh district, approximately 70 kilometers southeast of Ho Chi Minh City on the Thi Vai River. The site is adjacent to the Baria Serece Phu My Port in which Bunge shares ownership. The rapidly developing area houses significant feed milling and oil refining operations that form the foundation of the plant’s prospective customer base.
