  1. Study and analyze the global and local market in accordance with the market effective factors to recognize available and potential opportunities for marketing the product and enhancing the company’s competitive position in the traditional and new markets.
  2. Perform and follow up sales plans approved by direct boss through realizing quantities, prices and grades of the product according to the approved budget and the constant communication with customers, agents and exporters.
  3. Review emails from the customers, agents and competitors and reply to them. Give price offers in coordination with his direct boss.
  4. Communicate with relevant departments and sections to inform with the sales deals, follow after sale services including administrative execution of contracts, and inform direct boss with any work obstacles. Use Oracle system in his work in addition to other applied systems.
  5. Prepare market relevant periodic and special reports including supply and demand, trade activities volume, price trends analysis and monitoring competitors’ activities. Prepare shipment tables and any other requested reports.
  6. Participate in business missions and customers’ visits to decide customer satisfaction levels and review their requests. Take part in conferences and meeting with olefins exporters and consumers and engage in negotiations according to the direct bosses directions.
  7. Keep records of data, reports and contracts in computer according to Oracle system in addition to other traditional methods such as filing.
  8. Follow and observe health, safety and environment systems and regulations and take due precautions to protect himself and others and preserve the company’s assets and properties.
  9. Perform other assigned duties within the scope of his job.



  • At least 5 years of experience (Senior) or 3 years of experience (Junior) in sales in petrochemical industry.
  • Applicants who have worked in the first petrochemical companies will be preferable.


  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.


  • Bachelors in following majors: Foreign Trade, International Trade from leading universities in Vietnam or international universities.
