JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Manager, you will act as an ambassador for SmartR in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs through the use of the SmartR’s Sales methodology. Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Receive and handle complaints from customers regarding to product quality, delivery time, etc.
  • Coordinate with Operations Dept to complete the service and meet the customers’ requirement
  • Do tasks assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 02-year working experience in Education or a related field
  • Vietnamese speaker with a university/college degree 
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese 
  • Clear voice on the phone and in person 
  • Able to present idea convincingly with a high level of energy over an extended period of time
  • Being able to travel based on job requirement
  • Strong at building trust and providing high quality customer service
  • Interested in inspiring and motivating people
