Receptionist & Administrative Assistant (temporary Job for 6.5 Months)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receptionist
  • Telephone operator
  • Fax in/ out
  • Checking/handling with mailing, courier
  • Manage the document filing system in office (soft copy, hard copy)
  • Manage reception, pantry, office supplies, ordering/buying stationery, accessories, daily commodities, office events and other administrative tasks

(This is temporary position for 6.5 months, starting from 15 May 2018 to 30 November 2018)

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Female under 30 years old; University graduated
  • Having around one-year experience in similar position.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hard working and careful.
  • Dynamic, professional.
